How to make a purchase

When you’ve found the painting you want to buy simply click the appropriate "Add to Basket" link. This will then navigate you to PayPal where you can make a secure paypment. Then you can either continue browsing on www.townhouseart.com, or complete the transaction. It isn’t necessary to have a Paypal account, just a valid credit or debit card. You will be sent an email confirming your purchase and order number.

The price of the painting is the total price you pay. No shipping, no packaging, no handling, no fuss. Should you select to collect the painting in person from the gallery, contact us via email or phone and we’ll make arrangements to help you.

Should you make a purchase and then decide you don’t want it we offer a full money back guarentee. Simply send us back the painting, and we’ll refund your money (the price of the painting less the cost for us to ship it to you).

If you prefer to pay by cheque we will gladly reserve any painting while the cheque clears. As soon as the funds have cleared we’ll ship the painting.

Paintings that are purchased and collected from the gallery will be framed. Painting that will be shipped will not be framed.

Shipping

We ship worldwide Royal Mail’s Parcelforce. We take time and care in making sure your painting is well packaged so that it arrives safely with you. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives with signs of damage we’ll take care of it. We’ll collect it free of charge and offer you a refund or an exchange.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Shipments to the UK and Ireland are usually delivered within 2-3 days. With international orders shipment usually takes 6-7 working days.
